Improving health and well-being in Olivia and beyond

At Olivia Hospital & Clinic, our mission is to improve health and well-being in partnership with our patients and community members. We’re proud to serve our community with emergency care, and cardiology, orthopedics and OB-GYN services, as well as primary care, our walk-in care and specialty clinics.

To help us accomplish our mission, we work with partners to understand what contributes to improving health our community.

2021 Community Health Needs Assessment

Committed to helping our communities be healthier, Oliva Hospital & Clinic completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years.

In 2021, we were part of a comprehensive CHNA that included all the hospitals in the HealthPartners system. In consultation with The Improve Group, the assessment analyzed health data and input from community members to identify the biggest needs:

  • Access to care
  • Access to health
  • Mental health and well-being
  • Nutrition and physical activity
  • Substance abuse
