The Olivia site remains open to our patients in addition to our walk-in clinic which is available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
Patients needing access to RCHC should use the main entrance or the emergency room entrance to enter the building. RCHC has closed the Therapy Services entrance to better control screening patients when they enter RCHC. Everyone entering the Olivia site will be greeted by our nursing team to screen you.
Olivia Hospital & Clinics, in collaboration with other healthcare organizations and government agencies, has decided to delay all elective surgeries, procedures and non-essential radiology, therapy and clinic services during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak for the safety and care of our patients and team members.
Our team (including but not limited to: Surgeons, Primary Care Providers, Therapist, etc.) will review upcoming procedures and/or appointments to determine the best course of action for our patients. Patients with scheduled elective surgeries, procedures, and non-essential radiology, therapy and clinic services will receive a call from Olivia Hospital & Staff to notify them of the course of action. If our team determines that the patient cannot delay their surgery, procedure, or appointment, the patient will be seen.
Our team is beginning to reach out to all our patients to instruct them of any changes and answer any questions our patients have. Please if you are a patient and have a question regarding your upcoming appointment, call 1-800-916-1836 in advance before coming into RCHC.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 we strongly encourage you to initiate an online eClinic visit or call 1-800-916-1836 and ask for the Triage Nurse before seeking care in-person.
Look for more information coming very soon to allow eligible patients to conduct a phone visit with Olivia Hospital & Clinics providers during the COVID-19 response.
Together we will continue to focus on providing safe care, helping prevent the spread of the virus and protecting our community.
Thank you for your understanding.
