Stories & Snapshots

COVID-19 vaccines are arriving in limited quantities

Find out when it’s your turn.

The arrival of COVID-19 vaccines is an important milestone in helping us all return to what we love. We appreciate your patience as we continue to vaccinate as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A phased approach

COVID-19 vaccines are being distributed by states in phases. As vaccines are released to us, we’ll be scheduling and vaccinating patients as quickly as possible.

Create or update your online account to be ready when it’s your turn

COVID-19 vaccinations are offered by appointment only. To make sure we can get in touch with you about your vaccination, sign in to your oliviahospital.com account and confirm that your contact information is correct. If you need assistance creating a new account, call 800-916-1836, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday.

If you’re not a current patient, please check in with your primary care clinic or regular health care provider for more information.

You’ll be contacted by email

When it’s your turn to be vaccinated, we’ll email you. Then, you can schedule your appointment online, choosing from one of our convenient locations.  If you received an email from us to schedule your COVID-19 vaccination but were unable to make an appointment, check the scheduling webpage again soon; availability is updated Friday afternoons.

Other vaccine sources

It’s perfectly fine to receive a vaccine from another source, such as a community vaccine clinic. It’s important to get your second dose from the same source because the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines should not be mixed.
